After a bunch of professional trainings and Tutorials from Domestika   to get more deep into 3D modeling and lighting, I decided challenge myself  within a few days bootcamp to design a little something from scratch to celebrate Chinese New Year. The full process is explained better here in my portfolio ,so check it out ! ;)  Meanwhile, here you can take a look on the final render  :  ~ The Illustration was available as a free wallpaper for February's supporters. I'm specialized for many years now in 2D , animation,traditional and digital illustration, concept and visual development, storytelling,... And that's already a lot! So when it comes about 3D , i usually prefer to delegate that task to someone who's specialized in that!  But as those past few years I've been creating more and more concepts for 3D teams,  I decided it was time for me to learn it too...at least to have a better understanding of the process and the challenges, to adapt my Sketches the best for my teammates!  The first step is usually the most difficult: it took me some time to make room in my schedule for something that would probably come with headaches. But the experience was actually more enjoyable and easier than i thought...  My pinterest Board for Pastel Pop cakes, donuts and other cute pastries I was inspired by Yasmin Islas Domingez course on Domestika to create this Kawaii little character made of sugar with Blender....

Un projet d'illustration que j'ai réalisé il y a quelques années pour 'Le Coin Récré', un terrain de jeu composé de plusieurs panneaux interchangeables. Pour le prototype, on est parti sur le thème du cirque, qui permettait de créer plusieurs activités pour que les enfants puissent jouer à la marchande, au thêatre de marionnettes, colorier et préparer des spectacles. Les materiaux utilisés sont principalement des éléments en carton à clipser , des stickers, papier et papier non-tissé. Peu couteux et légers, ils permettent d'agencer et ranger facilement les panneaux, et les enfants peuvent aussi dessiner directement dessus ou les customiser. Plus d'images dans mon portfolio ! We choosed a Circus theme for the prototype, to create a full playground for children to play Shop, Puppets, create shows and colouring....

J'avais préparé ce post il y a un moment mais je l'ai complètement oublié dans un coin, désolée... ! Donc voici enfin un récapitulatif de tous les petits faunes que j'ai réalisées à l'encre lors du Inktober Challenge de cette année. Pour l'occasion j'avais choisi d'expérimenter avec de l'encre de chine, d'or et de la drawing gum pour jouer sur les contrastes, et ça a donné une belle petite série!  Merci à tous ceux qui les ont adoptés, j'espère qu'ils se plairont dans leur nouvelle maison ! ça fait un moment que j'ai pas mal de travail sur des projets de jeux vidéo, je peine un peu à terminer mes illu' persos et je n'étais pas entièrement satisfaite de celle-ci . J'ai donc retravaillé l'atmosphère et ajusté quelques détails... De nuit, la scène parait plus chaleureuse et les couleurs sont plus brillantes et contrastées. Qu'est ce que vous en pensez? I still have a lot of work on various videogame project so it's difficult to complete my personal illustrations as I would like. I was not totally happy with  this one , so I made some retakes and re-work the atmosphere... By night, the scene seems more warm and friendly and the colors are more bright and contrasted . Un rapide test d'illustration réalisé en Janvier en tant que concept pour les scènes animées du jeu Onirigami . Pour introduire l'univers "montagne", j'ai choisi de donner un coté mystérieux à cette illustration en créant une atmosphère lunaire, et en psésentant les deux personnages sur les traces d'une créature des neiges. Here is a quick illustration test I did past January as an environment concept for the indie game  Onirigami.   It was for one of the story scenes appearing between each world, creating the atmosphere of the level. The only indication I had was to introduce the mountain landscape on a strange island.
